What if I need to return my engagement ring?

All engagement rings, may be returned for up to 7 days from the date of original purchase for refund, credit or exchange. The engagement ring must be in saleable condition, include all product documentation (e.g. Tiffany Diamond Certificate, or Colored Stone or Diamond reports) and be accompanied by a sales receipt.

To make a return, please use the complimentary shipping label provided with your package and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. You may also return your engagement ring at any Tiffany & Co. retail store in the country of purchase.
